Jak na podzim načerpat energii a cítit se fajn

Je konec září a podzim v plném proudu. Miluju podzim. Ale nechci vám tu zas a znovu psát o tom, co na něm miluju. I když by bylo taaaak jednoduchý něco vymyslet - barevné listy, chladný čerstvý vzduch, moje narozeniny, teplé svetry v tlumených barvách, jablíčka a hrušky a švestky a dýně a tak dále a tak dále. Co možná ale není úplně typické pro podzimní sezónu je cítit se plná energie. Na začátku září jsem na instagram psala o tom, jak měsíce ve svojí hlavě vidím tak, že jsou leden až srpen na jednom řádku a pak září až prosinec na druhém. Prostě to období vnímám jako takový imaginární přelom a právě v září nabírám spoustu energie a bývám nejvíc aktivní a produktivní. Přišlo mi pár dotazů "jak na to" - jak si podzim a chladnější počasí zpříjemnit - tak já vám teď povím "zaručený návod na štěstí a zdraví", jo? 

Nee, kecám, nic takového nedokážu! :) Ale můžu psát, jako vždycky, o sobě a svojí zkušenosti. A třeba v ní najdete i něco pro sebe.

JAK NA PODZIM ZÍSKÁVÁM ENERGII

1. Piju dostatek tekutin

Ok, pokud jste čekali nějaké super originální tipy, tak vás moje řádky asi zklamou. Já mám ale za to, že i ty nejbanálnější věci je třeba si připomínat, protože člověk je tvor lenivý, pohodlný a zapomnětlivý - hmm, však píšu o sobě, že jo! - a často, pokud necítím vyloženě urgentní pocit žízně, tak se nenapiju. Od té doby, co jsem měla zánět ledvin se to ale změnilo a vlastně jsem svojí ledvině moc vděčná, že mi vždycky velmi rychle dokáže připomenout, že vůbec nepiju. Nedostatečný pitný režim totiž vede k únavě, bolesti hlavy a ztrátě koncentrace a i když je to popisek jak z nějakého magazínu, u mě to tak určitě bývá.

Ráno po probuzení jsem se naučila pít sklenici až dvě vlažné vody, někdy s citrónem, většinou bez. Sehřeju si vodu ve varné konvici, polovinu naleju do sklenice a doleju studenou vodou. Pokud stíhám, tak si ze zbytku udělám čaj. Můj oblíbený je kontryhelový, který pomáhá zpravidelnit menstruační cyklus a obecně je to prospěšná "ženská bylinka" :). Mám ráda i heřmánek a různé "urologické směsi". I přes den se snažím pít spíš vlažnější vodu a třeba v práci si sklenici po dopití vždycky hned doplním, abych měla trochu větší přehled o tom, kolik vody vypiju. Snažím se tak o litr a půl až dva litry (včetně těch čajů), které se zdají být na mou výšku a váhu optimální.

 

2. Chodím spát přibližně ve stejnou hodinu

Další očividný tip, ale ruku na srdce, kolik z nás chodí spát pravidelně ve stejnou hodinu a před půlnocí? Během jara a léta jsem chodila spát tak nějak všelijak, hodně se to odvíjelo od času, kdy jsem šla do práce (někdy na 6:30, někdy na 10), ale hlavně od světla, které mi dodávalo energii a tak jsem ani tolik spát nepotřebovala. Teď na podzim se snažím chodit spát mezi desátou a jedenáctou každý den, nehledě na to, jestli musím další den vstávat a nebo ne. Ráda bych teda řekla, že se i bez budíku dokážu vzbudit třeba v těch šest nebo sedm, ale to bych si vymýšlela. Třeba se k tomu někdy dopracuju. Každopádně, říká se, že nejkvalitnější spánek míváme před půlnocí, tak se ho snažím mít co nejvíc. A únavou většinu dní netrpím (o tom něco málo píšu na konci článku). Jo, a taky se snažíme před spaním pořádně větrat, ten čerstvý chladný vzduch mi pomáhá rychle usnout :).

 

3. Víc plánuju

Léto je pro mě už roky rokoucí pěkně rozlítané, doma v Oslu moc nebýváme, pořád někam cestujeme, což je super, ale zároveň jdou všechny moje "zdravé návyky" a pravidelnost víte kde. Začátkem podzimu se pak zklidním a mám chuť víc plánovat, což mi obratem dodává energii a pocit spokojenosti, protože jsem aktivnější a konzistentnější. Barevně si zapisuju nápady na články, čas na práci, co uvařit, kdy bych mohla cvičit a tak. Zároveň si nechávám dost prostoru pro spontánní aktivity nebo změnu. A funguje to! Je to například jedna z příčin, proč poslední týdny píšu jakž takž pravidelně... a čím víc píšu, tím větší a úžasnější odezvu mám od vás a tak se to na sebe všechno hezky nabaluje... no, a děkuju! :)

4. Zaměřuju se na stravu

Se změnou počasí je docela jednoduché se nachladit nebo dostat chřipku. O to víc se snažím jíst jídla bohatá na vitamíny a minerály, která pomáhají k posílení obranyschopnosti organismu. To v praxi znamená hodně zeleniny a ovoce a luštěnin a semínek a ořechů a celozrnných obilovin. A taky jsem o něco pravidelněji začala jíst vajíčka a mořské ryby. V mém jídelníčku můžou teoreticky chybět některé vitamíny a minerály - třeba B12, železo, vápník, zinek nebo vitamín D, tak je jednou dvakrát týdně doplňuju tabletou. Myslím, že zbytek dostávám hravě ze stravy a hlavně - jak jsou některé látky v určitém množství prospěšné, tak můžou být nebezpečné, pokud se jimi předávkujeme. Tak na to pozor - doplňky výživy jsou podle mě ok, ale nejsou samospásné a hlavně je vžycky lepší se nejdřív poradit s lékařem! :)

Každopádně, pokud v podzimních měsících býváte často unavení, přestože spíte dostatečně, pijete dost vody, cvičíte atd., je dost možné, že vám chybí nějaký vitamín. Většinou je s únavou spojený právě vit. B12, D nebo železo.

5. Teple se oblékám

Pryč jsou ty doby, kdy jsem si hrála na frajerku a záměrně se neoblékala dostatečně jenom proto, že to nevypadá tak dobře. "Přece nebudu chodit v zimním kabátu v říjnu, i když je venku 5 stupňů! A nosit čepici? No tak to teda né!!" Ok, na tyto příklady jsem zašla hluboko do minulosti, ale poslední roky teplé oblečení nezanedbávám. A když to někdy poruším a vyjdu ven na lehko, hned si připomenu proč. Takže každý den nosím tílko, šálu, teplé boty a když je venku fakt zima, beru si klidně i tu zimní bundu a čepici. A tím vlastně získávám energii, protože ji moje tělo nemusí vynakládat na zahřátí se.

6. Hodně chodím

Chůze, a hlavně ta v tempu, nás zahřívá a vyplavuje do těla endorfiny. Kam to jde, chodím pěšky a zvlášť teď na podzim, což se možná zdá nesmyslné, ale ten čerstvý vzduch venku je nabíječ energie! Navíc v kombinaci s krásnými barevnými scenériemi kolem je to i pohlazení na duši. Nejvíc si užívám tůry po lese, ale dlouhé procházky městem vůbec nejsou k zahození. A vystoupit o pár zastávek dřív a zbytek dojít se taky počítá! :)

 

7. Několikrát týdně cvičím

Další věcí, co mi dobíjí energii je jóga. Nebo teda já vlastně nevím, jestli je to jóga. Možná je to spíš protahování se a cvičení inspirované jógou. Jo, tak to je! Už jsem od vás dostala tolik dotazů na jógu, jak cvičím a kdy a proč a já jsem nikdy takový článek nebyla schopná napsat a teď mi asi dochází proč. Tak nějak totiž cítím, že józe nerozumím. Neznám všechny ásany neboli pozice a celkově se nevnímám jako "jogínka" a nevím, co bych vám v této oblasti mohla předat.

Moje "jóga" skoro dva roky spočívala ve cvičení podle úžasné Boho Beautiful. Tento podzim jsem si ale zamilovala pustit si hudbu, roztáhnout jógamatku, zhasnout světla, zapálit svíčku a protahovat se, posilovat a dýchat pocitově. Většinou mi to vyjde na 30-40min, třikrát až čtyřikrát týdně a poslední dobou se mi přirozeně daří zaměřit se na ty pozice a nenamotávat se na procházející myšlenky. Což je hustý, asi to jde! :)

8. Dělám si radost

Tohle je dneska sice poslední, ale hodně důležitý bod. Radost mi dělají třeba teplé ponožky, chai latté s ovesným mlékem, sem tam nějaký koláč - třeba ten pekanovej, co jsem měla před chvilkou, voňavé svíčky, popcorn ke sledování seriálů s Radanem, soulová hudba, mazání se mandlovým olejem, čtení dobrých blogů, záchvaty smíchu, bezobalové nákupy a hodně hodně pusinek a objetí. 

Čím jsem starší, tím víc si uvědomuju cykličnost. A tím myslím jak ročního období, tak hlavně tu svou. Začala jsem víc vnímat změny svých nálad a energie v rámci svého cyklu a cítím se na něj napojenější. Vnímám, kdy se přirozeně, bez ohledu na okolnosti, cítím plná energie, nádherná a úžasná a kdy jsem utlumenější a pomalejší. A učím se s tím pracovat, využívat tuhle "vědomost" pro sebe a ne proti sobě. Dobrým pomocníkem jsou různé appky, kde si můžete všechny tyto změny zaznamenávat a postupně vypozorovat, co je pro vás v to které období nejlepší. Mně to upřímně dost fascinuje a mění to moje prožívání k lepšímu.

Ahoj Moni,

jsou to v podstatě aplikace, co zaznamenávají menstruační cyklus a kam si můžeš zapisovat i svoje "symptomy", nálady a tak. Nejradši používám aplikaci Flo, ale nedávno jsem objevila ještě Ovia Fertility, kde je toho na výběr víc... ta Flo mi ale přijde přehlednější a jsem s ní dost spokojená :)... Jinak o té "cykličnosti" asi časem napíšu článek:).

Vďaka že Ťa môžeme čítať :)  je to tiež také oddychujúce a inšpirujúce ako pre Teba jeseň.
Inak na ten článok o ženskosti sa budeme asi všetky moc tešiť :) vnímam ako sa tomu venuje čoraz viac žien a je to super :)  ja túto tému sledujem už pár rokov a rada vnímam príbehy žien, ako v sebe objavujú vlčice, kvetiny, matky, dcéry, ženy. objavovanie ženskej spirituality.

to já děkuju za tak milá slova! :) 

Taky to začínám vnímat, že je stále víc žen, které začíná zajímat jejich "ženskost", "cykličnost" nebo jak to nazveme. Myslím, že to častokrát přirozeně přichází i s věkem, že čím je žena starší (ne, že bych byla stará, ale... :D), tím víc si sebe samu uvědomuje a chce víc pozorumět, co se s jejím tělem/duchem/myslí děje a jak "funguje"... takže se o tom určitě někdy rozepíšu víc, zatím to ale objevuju hlavně pro sebe a vím, že jednou dozraje čas, kdy to budu chtít i sdílet víc do hloubky... je to podle mě fascinující téma :).

Ahoj Terezko, dekuji, pekne jsem si zase pocetla. Jen bych chtela k tomu kontryhelovemu caji, je asi i prospesny, ale docetla jsem se take, ze by se mel pit jen urcite dny v cyklu a ze u nekterych zen muze zpusobovat anovulacni cykly. Asi je to jak u koho, osobni zkusenost nemam, jen jsem to cetla z vicero mist. Na poznani svoji "cyklicnosti" a tela se mi osvedcuje mereni bazalni teploty a symptotermalni metoda. Zasnu, jak je to telo skvele naprogramovane. :-)

díky moc za komentář a milá slova! :) Máš pravdu, že kontryhel není vhodný každý den v cyklu, to jsem tam asi měla dopsat. Piju ho jen v určitém období (v první části cyklu), pak už volím zase jiné čaje :). Každopádně děkuju za připomínku! <3 Bazální teplotu si měřím druhý měsíc a souhlasím - je to fascinující, jak to tělo skvěle funguje :). O té symptotermálníní metodě ale slyším poprvé, tak na to se podívám :) (ed. teda neslyším, jen jsem nevěděla, že se tomu tak říká :).

Ahoj Terezko,

zase píšu, protože je krásné vidět, jak se to, když je člověk spokojený uvnitř, projevuje i navenek a působí na ostatní lidi. Poslední dobou z tebe totiž to štěstí a energie z článků a fotek sálá ještě víc než obvykle a každý článek je jako taková malá meditace - člověku po přečtení přináší klid do duše a úsměv na tvář. A nejinak tomu je i u tohoto - ztotožňuju se s každou jednou větou, kterou v článku uvádíš. Jen poslední dobou se začátkem nového semestru, kdy jsem se ještě úplně "nesžila" s novým rozvrhem a rozházeným denním režimem, kdy každý den vypadá úplně jinak, bojuju s tím spaním. Nebo ne přímo se spánkem, usnu vždycky *to musím zaklepat* hned jak si lehnu do peřin, ale často chodím spát opravdu pozdě, třeba 3 noci po sobě, pak, abych si to vynahradila, jdu další noc zase dost brzy, a ve výsledku mi to možná přinese spíš únavu než dobití baterek. Ale přece jen, od začátku semestru uběhly teprve 2 týdny, takže tomu prostě dávám čas a snažím se si i "studijní" večery co nejvíc zpříjemnit, takže od začátku jedu ve svíčkách, světýlkách a hrníčcích s kouřícím se čajem. A ať jdu spát v 8, nebo v 1 v noci, je mi vlastně krásně :)
