Zdravé snídaňové lívanečky z ovesných vloček a sojového mléka

Probouzím se kolem sedmé, venku už svítí i hřeje slunce a já jen slyším, jak mi kručí v břiše. Vždycky jsem milovala snídaně, ale od té doby, co pracuju v kavárně, jsem se trochu odbývala. Z nějakého důvodu mi přišlo lepší spát o 15 minut déle a pak do sebe v rychlosti "hodit" nějakou bolle, zatímco se převlékám do "pracovního"...

 
Poslední měsíc se to ale přirozeně mění. Třeba stále častěji zase jím ovesné vločky. Sice si do nich vždycky přimíchám ještě trochu zapékaného musli, protože je sladší a křupavější, ale proč ne, že jo? V poslední době si je zalívám čokoládovým sojovým mlékem. Vločky se v něm hezky rozmočí a změknou a ani je nepotřebuju vařit. Trochu mi to připomíná můj rok v Americe, kdy jsem čokoládové sojové mléko pila skoro každý den k snídani. Nevím, jak je to teď cenově v ČR a SR, ale tady stojí sojové mléko jen o 3 norské koruny víc, než běžné mléko, což v podstatě není žádný rozdíl. Podobně jsou na tom i různá ovesná, rýžová, mandlová a další "alternativní" mléka a i když si na to nepotrpím, občas mi to přijde fajn zpestření ... teda, pokud si zrovna takové rýžové mléko nekoupím, pak zapomenu, že ho mám v lednici a ono se mi po nějaké době připomene tím, že "pukne" a rozlije se po celé lednici. True story.
 
Dneska jsem chtěla použít ingredience, které normálně používám na "kaši" (vločky, zapékané musli, čokoládové sojové mléko a ovoce) a připravit z nich něco jiného ... hmm, je mi jasné, že lívanečky na snídani a ještě z ovesných vloček nejsou zrovna "značka originál", ale já tu takový "recept" ještě nemám a věřím, že by přecejen mohl někoho inspirovat. A to by bylo celkem fajn :). No, a kdyby se vám chtělo, tak já budu taky ráda inspirována vašimi tipy na dobré (relativně zdravé) snídaně :). Díky už teď! :)
 
 

Recept

 
na 10-12 malých lívanečků nebo 5-6 větších lívanců (nebo tak nějak :))
doba připravy: 20-25min
 
1 a 1/4 hrnek ovesných vloček
1/4 hrnku zapékaného musli
1 hrnek čokoládového sojového mléka (určitě se dá i nahradit nějakým jiným)
2 vejce
kapka mandlového extraktu (nemusí být, ale lívanečky díky němu získají skvělou vůni)
 
ovoce dle vašeho výběru - třeba mango, kiwi, banán ... nebo borůvky, maliny, jahody, ale ty ještě nejsou úplně v sezóně :)
lívanečky můžete pokapat ještě medem nebo javorovým sirupem .. a nebo třeba potřít nutellou nebo arašídovým máslem ... ale jsou výbroné i jen tak, s tím ovocem :).
 
postup
 
1. V hrnci si sehřejte mléko a stáhněte z plotny těsně předtím, než začne vřít. Přisypte do něj 1 hrnek ovesných vloček a nechte stát asi 5 minut, dokud se vločky trochu nerozmočí.
 
2. Zatímco mléko s vločkama "odpočívá", ve food processoru si rozmixujte vločky společně s musli najemno. Pokud food processor nemáte, tak můžete vločky a musli dát do sáčku a rozdrtit je "ručně" nebo třeba paličkou na maso :).
 
3. Rozdrcené vločky dejte do mísy, přidejte vajíčka a extrakt a rozmíchejte. Pak přidejte "mléčnou hmotu" a znovu všechno smíchejte dohromady.
 
4. Rozpalte pánev a nasucho na ní hmotu opečte, buď v podobě malých lívanečků (stačí polévková lžíce) a nebo velkých lívanců (na to je asi lepší naběračka neboli šufánek :))
 
5. Zatímco se lívanečky opékají (z každé strany 1-2minuty a na pánev se vlezou tak čtyři), nakrájejte si ovoce.
 
6. Pokud chcete, lívance pokapejte sirupem a podávejte s barevným a sladkým ovocem :).
