Nepečené ovesné "čtverečky" / No bake oatmeal bars

Arašídové máslo - med - slané arašídy - sušené brusinky - čokoláda - kokos - ovesné vločky. Vražedná kombinace. Věřte mi.

V poslední době mě baví používat ingredience, co už mám doma. Je to praktické - nemusím do té zimy, něco málo ušetřím (spoustu těch potravin jsem si přivezla z ČR) a navíc tak vznikají recepty, které by mě jinak asi nenapadly. A to by byla škoda. Teda většinou.

Tyto tyčinky, respektive čtverečky, jsou dokonce docela zdravé. Kalorické, ale zdravé. Nejvíc se asi hodí na snídani nebo dopolední svačinu, ale pokud je budete vyrábět večer, asi neodoláte. A nebo odoláte. Já neodolala :).

Recept / Recipe

12 kousků / 12 pieces
doba přípravy / preparation time: 20-25min
doba chlazení / cooling time: 30min

 

200g arašídového másla / 200g peanut butter
50g rostlinného másla / 50g butter
6 lžic medu / 6 tbs honey
50g kokosu / 50g coconut
90g ovesných vloček / 90g oatmeal
30g hořké čokolády (použila jsem jahodovou Lindt) / 30g dark chocolate
hrst slaných arašídů / handful of salted peanuts
hrst brusinek / handful of cranberries
1 lžička vanilkového extraktu / 1 tsp vanilla extract

postup / process

1. V hrnci nechte rozpustit máslo, přidejte med a arašídové máslo. Na mírném ohni míchejte, dokud se všechny 3 ingredience nespojí dohromady. Dejte pozor, aby se vám to nepřipálilo.

EN: In a sauce pan, melt butter, add honey and peanut butter and stir over low heat until well combined. Be careful, so it does not burn. 

2. Potom odstavte z plotny a postupně přimíchejte ovesné vločky, kokos, arašídy, nakrájené brusinky, kousky čokolády a extrakt. Tuto směs přesuňte do malého pekáčku, nebo ploché mísy, uhlaďte, zakryjte potravinovou fólií a dejte do lednice asi na půl hodiny.

EN: Then remove from heat and gradually add oatmeal, coconut, peanuts, chopped cranberries, pieces of chocolate and extract. Place this mixture in a small pan or flat bowl, smooth on the top, cover with foil and put it in a fridge for about half and hour. 

 

3. Nakrájte na čtverečky nebo obdelníky a podávejte s čajem, mlékem, kakaem a nebo jen tak. Dobrou chuť :)

EN: Cut it in squires or rectangle and serve with tea, milk, hot cocoa or just as it is. Enjoy :).
